We ask that you have the brand name, model and serial number along with an accurate description of the problem. Please tell us if you have multiple appliances that need attention when you make the appointment. By doing so we can allocate enough time for your needs and hopefully avoid a return trip.
All appliances come from the manufacturer with a data plate/sticker. It will contain the model number, serial number, operating voltage, current draw and other information. We need the model and serial number so that we know what we are working on, whether or not your appliance has any service updates, requires special tools and of course so that we can try to have the parts needed on the service vehicle.
There are times when we won't have the needed parts even though we have the model number. Those parts may be special order, back ordered, unavailable, too costly to keep in general stock, rarely fail or we just ran out. No matter what the cause, we will obtain the part(s) if available as quickly as possible so that we can complete the repair with a minimal amount of disruption to you.
