SERVICE RATES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

Rate Information:

$ 65.00 Initial Call.

$ 75.00 Commercial Areas and/or restricted, metered, difficult parking.

$ 20.00 EACH additional appliance + labor.

$ 20.00 per fifteen minutes labor.

Full Rate applies to missed calls. This includes calls not canceled 24 hours in advance.

Service Call DOES NOT include removing doors, glass and tableware, items stored under sinks, closets, cabinets, etc. We ask that you please remove any and all items that may prevent us from gaining access to the appliance. We will charge standard labor rates in the event we must move items to gain access.

The price quoted for delivered and installed appliances is a standard price. It does not include removing/replacing doors, cabinets, plumbing, plumbing fixtures, flooring, objects/items preventing access to appliance(s).  There will be extra charge for this service.

Scheduling Information:

Please have the FULL Make and Model Number of the offending appliance(s). We NEED the Model Number FROM the machine itself. NOT the Owners Manual. If this information is not provided and we need to make a return trip because we do not have the required parts you WILL be charged a second Service Call.

PLEASE call AFTER 10:15am ON your scheduled day for a 2 - 3 hour WINDOW of time. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!  We value your time and we appreciate you valuing ours.
