MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

At this time we are not taking any new customers due to COVID-19.

PLEASE STAY AT LEAST 12 FEET FROM THE TECHNICIAN AT ALL TIMES!

We ask that anyone in your household we may come in contact with to wear a facemask.

I would imagine you are reading this because you are thinking about making an appointment for us to repair your appliance(s). Having someone into your home at this time comes with great trepidation. We feel the same way every time we enter your home. Typically, there will only be one of us in your home, maybe two depending on the situation. However, we may encounter an entire family of people we don’t know, not just one person. PLEASE WEAR A FACE MASK!

We follow CDC guidelines trying to maintain at least 6 feet of distance, we perfer 12 feet. We wash our hands, use hand sanitizer, gloves and masks.

We ask the following of you:

If you feel sick or a little off, if you or someone in your household has recently returned from any hotspot please do not make an appointment. If you have an appointment, please cancel or reschedule. Follow the CDC recommendations for quarantine. Please check the CDC, local and state health websites for updates on areas of known hotspots, travel restrictions and quarantine protocols. We all need to be responsible for each other, not just ourselves in this time of turmoil.

Please HAVE THE MODEL NUMBER ready when you make the appointment and give us a detailed description of the problem. A tech may call you with questions to clarify the problems. We want to make as few trips as possible and reduce any amount of exposure for everyone involved.

Parts availability changes by the minute. Production has slowed, transportation has slowed, some normal stock items are not available or delayed. This is beyond our control. It's as frustrating to us as it is to you. We will do our best to make sure that we can obtain the needed parts as quickly as possible however that may take a week or more. Again this is beyond our control. Please do not take it out on our staff!

During this COVID-19 outbreak we are all on uncharted waters and trying to do the best we can with what we know. These times are trying and most of us are on edge. However, with a little cooperation and understanding we can hopefully make this a little easier on everyone.
